Who is PayPal? Will my credit car details be safe?

Paypal is essentially an on-line bank and simply are huge. We use Paypal because your credit card details will be safer than if we used an on-site shopping merchant account. If you want to check out Paypal before shopping with us to gain more confidence then click here.

If I am not happy with my purchase, I am nervous that I might never see my money again if I want to cancel my order. How can I be sure I won't be ripped off!

A senario of loosing your money cannot happen. Firstly we wouldn't do that because your satisfaction from dealing with us is paramount and secondly we use Paypal. Another reason for using Paypal is to show our customers they have complete protection. Paypal offers you money return should you ever run into problems with any internet store. They then take it back off the internet store. It is their way also of build consumer confidence in their service/product.

If I paid more could you deliver to outside of mainland UK?

Sorry but not at this present time. We couldn't be sure your furniture would arrive in great condition as we would have to use couriors other than our own.

Why does it have to take 2 weeks for delivery?

We have a series of delivery vans that travel a route around the country and it simply means we can keep our costs down and pass the savings on to you. It would significantly increase the price of our furniture if we made more frequent deliveries. Hopefully 2 weeks isn't long to wait for furniture of such quality.

How much is the cost of delivery?

Shipping is FREE we are pleased to say. Don't forget though, that at this point in time, we can only deliver to a mainland address within the United Lingdom.

Can you talk me through how to make an order?

Once you have chosen your item(s) head over to the check out. You will be asked to fill out your address, name and telephone number (don't worry about that as we will never give away or sell your personal details and only phone you if there is a problem wih your order), shipping is free so the next step is to check over your order and then click the "confirm order tab". You will be now taken to the secure paypal site where you can either pay by your credit card or you can use your paypal account to pay if you have one of course. The payment will be made to "Pheon Enterprises Limited" and once you have paid you will redirected back to this site. (Paypal will say return to Pheon Enterprises Limited). Look for your confirmation e-mail acknowledging your order in your personal e-mail account. If you don't get it within a few hours, check your junk e-mail box incase it has been bounced into there. If you still haven't got it, don't panic, just drop us an e-mail via our contact us page and we will help sort it all out.
